Who we are

FairExit is built by Ant vs Bear Advisory. We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. Our tools provide general guidance based on published UK employment legislation, and we are transparent about this distinction on every page.

Our independence

We are not funded by any law firm, employer, or insurance company. Our revenue comes from referral fees when users choose to speak to a solicitor through our recommendations — and we are transparent about this relationship. See our funding disclosure for full details.

Our recommendations are driven by the user's best interest. We tell users when their claim is weak, when a solicitor is not worth the cost, and when the best move is to accept an offer. This honesty is fundamental to how we operate.
