Transparency matters to us. Here is exactly how FairExit generates revenue, what it means for you, and why it does not compromise the guidance we provide.
Our tools are free
Every calculator and assessment tool on FairExit is completely free. There is no premium tier, no paywall, and no hidden charges. You will never be asked for payment to use our tools.
Solicitor referral fees
When our tools suggest that speaking to a solicitor could improve your outcome, we may recommend vetted employment law firms. If you choose to instruct one of these solicitors, we may receive a referral fee from the firm.
This referral fee:
- Does not affect the cost you pay for legal advice
- Does not influence our tool results or recommendations
- Is only earned if you choose to proceed with a recommended solicitor
- Is disclosed on every page where solicitor recommendations appear
How this affects our recommendations
It does not. Our tools will tell you when a solicitor is unlikely to improve your outcome. If your claim is weak or the financial amounts are too low to justify legal costs, we will say so clearly. We would rather give you honest guidance than push an unnecessary referral.
Our recommendations are based on the strength of your position, the potential financial outcome, and whether professional legal representation is likely to deliver a meaningful improvement over what you could achieve yourself.
Vetting standards
All recommended solicitor firms are:
- Regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA)
- Specialists in employment law
- Reviewed regularly for service quality
